"I get too many emails and the content is just not worth the time to read. One of the exceptions ... Dr. Vin's weekly newsletter!
Dr. Vin's passion and understanding of holistic practices related to health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness are superior.
The wealth of knowledge he shares from his education and research; his willingness to be candid about his own personal experiences; and his supportive approach with encouraging people that positive change is a lifelong commitment have all had a significant influence on building and maintaining my wellness journey."

My first master’s degree is in Human Nutrition, my second is in Human Movement / Kinesiology (a broader scope of exercise science), and my PhD is in Interdisciplinary Nutrition, with the interdisciplinary part being exercise. My PhD research focused on the effects of nutritional ketosis combined with a well-rounded strength and conditioning exercise program on mitochondrial function, body composition, and markers of metabolic health.
